# SAP Document AI Workshop: Complete BTP Setup Guide

> Prepare your SAP BTP environment before the workshop. Follow two step-by-step configuration guides with screenshots — takes about 45 minutes.

Welcome! This guide helps you prepare your SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environment ahead of the hands-on workshop on **May 19** at the **SAP Office in Plano, TX**. Working through both setup guides takes approximately **45 minutes total**, and each guide includes screenshots to walk you through every step.

  Complete Step 1 before the workshop. Step 2 is optional — required only if your team plans to use automated document workflows.
